Teppanyaki is a type of Japanese cuisine that uses an iron griddle to cook food. The word is derived from 'Teppan' which means iron plate, and 'Yaki' which means grilled.

Sushi is a food made with vinegared rice combined with various toppings and fillings which includes swafood, vegetables, eggs or meat. Toppings may be raw like most fish; marinated or blanched.
